 Welcome to the Lights out podcast for our Halloween episode talking all about 2003 Freddy vs. Jason. The two mega Horror Icons go to battle in this massive heavy weight battle to the death. A Alison as we talk how we got here and discuss the Retro Blood reviews of both Nightmare on Elm Street and Friday the 13th series in the 80s and we fill in the gaps on what happened in Jason goes to Hell and Freddy's dead Final nightmare that got us here to Freddy vs. Jason. We talk on how long it took for this Idea to came to be and the other battle that was going in with Paramount and New Line Cinema. We talked about both companies going back and forth on this idea till the latter 1980s and talked about the sale of Jason from Paramount but not Friday the 13th name. We also talked about the Freddy vs Jason soundtrack with Nu-metal all over it. We talked about the full movie and discuss what we liked and didn’t like.
