Retro Blood 57: Scarecrows
Welcome Back to the Retro Blood month of Corn Fields and Scare Crows in Horror Movies. Up Next if you like Swat team criminals taking airplanes and get killed by Scarecrows this is the review for you!!
Because Retro Blood is review “ScareCrows”.
Join James Kline & J.A Alison as we take a stroll through the night and get trick by scarecrows.
Up First we talk about.....BEER and how weird November is.
In our Weekley History Segment we talk what was going on in Pro Wrestling and Metal music on the Release date of Scarecrows September 28, 1988.
In Pro Wrestling we talk a WCW show in Atlanta with the main event being Lex Luger vr Ric Flair which ended of course in a DQ. We talk also how smart fans would react to DQ booking in the 80’s. We talk how house shows back then can get away with band finishes.
Then in Metal music there was a ton going on and we talk the band Anthrax and their Album “State of Euphoria” and their live experience and who they were on tour with around this time frame. We also talk a 6-day loop in Texas with the Bands Judas Priest and Cinderella.
Then we talk a little Production on Scarecrows and news on the director William Wesley Linkin Profile. We also talk Teb Vernon (Corbin) paying $150,000 to produce this movie and having heat with Welsey for not giving him enough lines. A crazy Airplane Story with Welsey and a Cinematographer who would go to work on Hellraiser.
Then we start over full review scene by scene with Curry and his witty comebacks, talking over the radio and it sounded like metal gear solid. We talk Scarecrows and reusing the same shot. We talk did Burt (yes, another one) really eat the money?? A teeth scarecrow?? And much, much more.
So grab some money from somewhere and take over a airplane while escaping the ARMY and Listen up to the Retro Blood review of “Scarecrows”.
