Retro Blood 89: Phenomena

Welcome back to the Retro Bloods BUGS GONE WILD month. We Finish up this month of June where we talked about Bugs in 1980’s Horror movies. Up next if you like 15 years old girls with mutant bug powers, A crazy killer on the loose, Donald Pleasence complaining about deadly wind in a wheelchair this is the review for you because Retro Blood is talking all about “Phenomena”.  

Join James and J.A Alison as we sleep walk our way through an all-girls school while being big league by an angry Chimpanzee.  

We start off talking a bit about the different cuts of this movie and which ones we watched.

We talked about the backstory of this film and what Dario said about how the story was set if the Nazi won the war. 

We talk about the movies name in English Creeper and being cut down by 20 min. 

We talk about the filming's budget and the insect budget and the fly trick they did. 

How Dario wanted Jennifer's dad to be on the Film.  

We talk the Chimpanzee Tanga being hard to work with on the set and having this not work for him brother.
